Installation

1, Sub-floor preparation: we know some jobs may need particular work, such as take off carpet and disposal, leveling, moisture seal barrier on concrete slab, fixing timber joists or existing timber floor, even take tiles off and leveling. No worries, we can do all these for you.
2, Install hardwood floor, bamboo floor, floating floor, laminate, overlay, parquetry and timber decking over concrete, existing timber, particle board or timber joists.

Sanding
Dust free sanding, polishing & coating on your new or existing timber floor. You can choose your gloss, satin or matt finish on Polyurethane, water or tung oil base. We do stain timber floor to limed wash, walnut, black Japan etc, according to architect requirement.

Repairs
We can repair your existing timber floor from previous damage; replace it with a new one piece. So, it’s better keep a couple of spare pieces of floor boards after finish installation in case need replacement in the future.
